A missed refill is rarely a decision. It's usually a ride that fell through, a pharmacy line that felt too long, or a day the weather made going out a bad idea. The medication sits at the counter, and a few days later it starts to matter.

Guardian Senior Service picks prescriptions up from the pharmacy and brings them to the door. It can be added to a scheduled visit or handled as a dedicated run, and the family hears the moment it's delivered.

How it works:

• Your loved one puts written authorization on file with their pharmacy naming Guardian as an approved person to collect on their behalf
• We pick up refills on a set schedule, or on request when the pharmacy sends a ready notification
• Over-the-counter items and pharmacy essentials can go on the same run
• Prescriptions are delivered sealed, exactly as the pharmacy dispensed them, and handed to your loved one directly
• Family receives a same-day confirmation that the medication arrived

What we don't do. Guardian Senior Service is a non-medical service. We do not open, sort, fill or administer medication, and we don't give medical or dosage advice. We're the trip to the pharmacy — the rest stays between your loved one, their pharmacist and their doctor.
