Jason Hendricks

My name is Jason Hendricks, and for more than 20 years I’ve dedicated my life to protecting, supporting, and serving the people of St. Louis County, Chesterfield, and surrounding Missouri communities. As a longtime member of the Deputy Chief of Fire St Louis County I’ve spent my career responding to emergencies, guiding families through crisis, and making sure every person I encounter feels safe, seen, and cared for.

In May 2025, I was honored to be promoted to Deputy Chief of Fire, a role that reflects decades of leadership, training, and service. Over the years, I’ve supervised emergency crews, coordinated incident responses, trained new firefighters, and built strong relationships within the community. My commitment to service has been recognized through awards including:

• Unit Citation Award – October 21, 2007   For courageous and outstanding efforts during the rescue of two adult victims from a residential structure fire on December 9th, 2006.

• Crestwood Sunset Hills Kiwanis – First Responder of the Month, September 2024

Beyond the fire service, I also spent more than a decade as the Owner and Operations Manager of Cambridge Medical Clinic, overseeing seven clinics across the St. Louis region. That experience strengthened my understanding of patient care, medical coordination, and the importance of compassion in every interaction.

Today, I bring all of that experience to Guardian Senior Services, where my mission is simple: to provide seniors and their families with trustworthy, dependable, and heartfelt support.

I believe every senior deserves dignity, safety, and genuine human connection. Whether it’s helping families navigate care decisions, offering guidance during challenging moments, or simply being a steady presence, I’m committed to serving with the same integrity and compassion that have guided my entire career.
